Molfar AI · AI Security, Risk & Governance Advisory
AI adoption creates new risks.
We help you understand and manage them.
Molfar AI provides independent technical expertise in AI security, risk management, and governance. We help organizations evaluate AI systems, identify security and compliance gaps, and establish practical controls for responsible AI adoption.
Frameworks and standards we work with
Services
Three ways we help you get AI under control.
Engagements are scoped to what your organization actually runs today — from a single AI feature to a portfolio of systems and vendors.
Service 01
AI Security Assessments
Technical review of how your AI applications, agents, and integrations behave under adversarial and everyday conditions — and what an attacker or a careless prompt can reach.
- AI application and agent security
- Sensitive data exposure
- Prompt injection and excessive permissions
- Third-party AI integration risks
- Security controls and monitoring
Service 02
AI Risk & Governance
Structure for decisions about AI: what systems exist, how risky each one is, who is accountable, and which checks have to happen before something reaches production.
- AI system risk assessments
- AI inventories and classification
- Governance policies and procedures
- Human oversight
- Risk management processes
Service 03
AI Compliance & Readiness
Assessment of your current practices against recognized AI frameworks, so you can see where the gaps are and what evidence you would be able to show a reviewer today.
- ISO/IEC 42001 readiness
- NIST AI RMF alignment
- EU AI Act technical readiness
- Governance gap assessments
- Documentation and evidence reviews
Translation
From Technical Risk to Business Impact
Technical findings only matter once someone can act on them. We describe what we observe in a system, and what it means for the people who own the risk.
Industries
Where technical and regulatory risk overlap.
We focus on organizations where AI touches confidential information, regulated decisions, or client trust.
Corporate law firms & professional services
AI tools now sit close to client confidential material. We assess how assistants, document tools, and vendor integrations handle that information, and help establish controls and internal policy for their use.
Healthcare & health technology
Clinical and operational AI raises questions of data protection, oversight, and documentation at the same time. We review the technical controls and the governance structure around them together.
Technology companies & mid-sized enterprises
Teams shipping AI features need security review that keeps pace with development, plus governance that is proportionate — enough structure to answer customer and regulatory questions, not more.
molfar (n.)
/ˈmɔl.fɑr/ · Carpathian Ukrainian
A seer of the Carpathian highlands — one trusted to read forces that others could sense but not explain.
About Molfar AI
AI has become the force many organizations can sense but not explain. Systems are adopted quickly, vendors move faster than review cycles, and the people accountable for risk are asked to sign off on things no one in the room can describe past the product page.
Molfar AI is an early-stage independent advisory initiative built to close that gap. Our approach combines hands-on cybersecurity experience with enterprise AI governance work — looking at how AI systems are actually built and deployed, then translating that into risk, controls, and decisions an organization can own.
We are independent and vendor-neutral: we do not resell AI products, and we have no commercial interest in which tools you choose.
Molfar AI provides technical and governance advisory services. We do not provide legal advice, and nothing on this site constitutes legal advice or a regulatory determination.
How we work
Practical, evidence-based, and sized to the organization.
Start with what exists
Engagements begin with the systems, integrations, and data flows already in place — not a target-state diagram. The first deliverable is usually a clear picture of what is running and where the exposure sits.
Technical depth, plain language
Findings are written to be read by both engineering and the people accountable for risk, with enough detail to reproduce the issue and enough context to decide what to do about it.
Framework-aligned, not framework-driven
We map work to recognized references such as ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI RMF, and the EU AI Act, while keeping recommendations proportionate to the actual risk of each system.
Prioritized and documented
Recommendations are ranked by risk and effort, alongside the documentation and evidence that make the work reviewable later — internally, by customers, or by an assessor.
